1.PLACE AND DATE:
Prague, Czech Republic, 6 January 2016
2.ORGANIZERS:
Contest Agency “Sozvezdie” (Russia), Sweden Youth Music Association
3.PURPOSES:
The popularization of Children and Youth creativity, the presentation of cultural traditions of different nationalities, the development of inter-ethnic and international relations in the field of culture and creativity.
4.CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
4.1. Everyone can take part in the competition, regardless of age or nationality, who has filed an application before 10th of December 2016 and has paid for participation - 135 euro (hotel 3 nights in triple room with breakfast and dinner, competition's fee-35 euro for solo nomination). Group nomination up to 10 persons – 120 euro p.p., 10 and more persons in the group – 115 euro p.p.). Participants can take part in non-competitive festival program with the price - 100 euro.
4.2. Payment order: prepayment 30% before 10.12.16 and the rest on arrival by cash or by bank transfer before 06.01.17.
5.NOMINATION AND DURATION:
All forms of choreography - 2 dances up to 7 minutes in total, all forms of vocal - 2 songs with a total duration up to 7 minutes, instrumental performance of all genres - 2 diverse pieces with a total duration up to 7 minutes, fine and applied arts of all kinds - 1 project on the instructions organizers, theaters of fashion and costume - 1-2 collections, young actor(declamation) - 1 piece with a total duration up to 5 minutes, theater - 1 piece with a total duration up to 15 minutes. Festival participant or group performance's total duration up to 15 minutes.
6.AGE GROUPS:
The age of participants is not limited for the festival participants. Competition age groups: 3-6 years old, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-25, more than 25 years.
7.JURY:
The Jury will evaluate the contestant performances with a 10-point scale. The Jury's decision is final and the results which were announced are not subject to revision.
8.AWARDS:
In each category and age group the winners will be awarded with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes and the Grand Prix. The Jury has the right to duplicate the title or not to award the title at all. The winners will get medals, cups, diplomas. The festival participants get Honor Diploma.
9.SPECIFICATIONS:
All participants of the festival-competition in the musical, vocal and choreographic nominations, as well as fashion theaters must provide high-quality phonogram on flash-carrier. Back-vocal is permitted. The organizing committee has the right to cancel the contestant because of the bad quality carrier or outdated carrier.
10.OTHER CONDITIONS:
All delegations cover own expenses to pay for fee, traveling to Czech Republic and back, visa and medical insurance.
EVENTS:
05.01-Arrival in Prague, Czech Republic after 14-00. Hotel accommodation, free time or excursion, if chosen, meeting with the organizers and schedule, and technical conference for executives. Festival and competition program. Overnight.
06.01-Breakfast, festival and competition rehearsal and performance. Dinner. Award Ceremony. Overnight.
07.01-Breakfast, excursion and free time, dinner. Overnight.
08.01-Breakfast, excursion, if chosen, departure.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
-Accommodation in twin/double rooms- 10 euro per person for whole period
-Extra day in hotel - 35 euro per person HB
-Excursion to Prague - 10 EUR PER PERSON (including English or Russian speaking guide service)
-Excursion to Karlovy Vary - 25 EUR PER PERSON (including English or Russian speaking guide service)
-Excursion to Kutna Hora - 15 EUR PER PERSON (entrance tickets to churches, temples, monasteries etc. ARE NOT INCLUDED)
-Excursion to Dresden (Germany) - 40 EUR PER PERSON (including English or Russian speaking guide service)
