1.PLACE AND DATE:
Concert hall of hotel "Marins park", Rostov-on-Don, Russia, 7-10.02.2020
2.ORGANIZERS:
Contest Agency “Sozvezdie” (Russia), Sweden Youth Music Association (SYMA)
3.PURPOSES:
The popularization of Children, Youth and adult creativity, the presentation of cultural traditions of different nationalities, the development of inter-ethnic and international relations in the field of culture and creativity.
4.CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
4.1.Everyone can take part in the festival, regardless of age or nationality, who has filed an application before the 07th of January 2020 and has paid for participation - 115 euro (3 nights in 3*hotel in twin/double rooms, with breakfast and dinner per day, sightseeing tour with a guide).
4.2. If participant wishes take part in competition he has to pay fee to addition the festival program. Fee for competitors: Solo nomination-30 euro, group nomination up to 10 persons in the group-20 euro per person, 10 and more persons in the group-15 euro per person. Extra payment for second nomination: solo +20 euro p.p., up to 10 persons in the group +15 euro p.p., 10 and more persons in the group +10 euro p.p.
4.3. Payment order: prepayment 30% before 15.01.20 and the rest on arrival day by cash.
5.NOMINATION AND DURATION:
Festival participants program is 10 minutes. For competitors: all forms of choreography: pop dance, show dance, ballet, street dance, modern, contemporary, jazz etc.(solo, duo, trio, small groups up to 8 dancers, large groups more than 8 dancers) - dance up to 4 minutes in total, theaters of fashion and costume - 1-2 collections
6.AGE GROUPS:
The age of participants is not limited for both: the competition and the festival. Age groups will be formed according to applications for the competition: 3-6 y.o., 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19-25 and older.
7.JURY:
The Jury will evaluate the contestant performances with a 10-point scale.The Jury's decision is final and the results which were announced are not subject to revision.
8.AWARDS:
In each category and age group the winners will be awarded with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes and the Grand Prix. The Jury has the right to duplicate the title or not to award the title at all. The winners will get medals, cups, diplomas. The festival participants get Honor Diploma and souvenir medals.
9.SPECIFICATIONS:
All participants of the festival-competition in the choreographic nominations, as well as fashion theaters must provide high-quality phonogram on flash-carrier. The organizing committee has the right to cancel the contestant because of the bad quality carrier or outdated carrier.
10.OTHER CONDITIONS:
All delegations cover own expenses to pay for fee, traveling to Rostov-on-Don and back, visa and medical insurance.
EVENTS:
07.02-Arrival in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Accommodation in hotel, meeting with the organizers and technical conference for executives. Dinner. Overnight.
08.02-Breakfast, rehearsals, festival and contest program, dinner. Award Ceremony and concert. Overnight.
09.02-Breakfast, excursion in Rostov-on-Don , Award Ceremony and concert, dinner. Overnight.
10.02-Breakfast, extra excursion if chosen, departure.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
-Airport-hotel transfer. The price depends from number of people
Extra excursion in Novocherkassk - 15 EUR PER PERSON (including English or Russian speaking guide service)
-Excursion in Starocherkassk - 10 EUR PER PERSON (including English or Russian speaking guide service)
-Extra day in a hotel in Rostov-on-Don - 30 EUR PER PERSON HB
